This setup is a remote control using the same 220 V mains as a link between the transmitter and the receiver. It can be used inside a house, a workshop, a garage, etc.
The receiver operates a relay, which can control an appliance. Power is supplied to the 220 V.

- 1 cond. chimique 470 uf C2

Check the implantation of the components and welds for the last time.
Connect the 220 V mains to each circuit at points marked "220V".
When the transmitter switch is closed, the Receiver is detached.
When the transmitter switch is open (M), the relay Of the receiver is bonded.
Adjust the adjustable resistance RA to obtain the best receiver.
On the outputs of the relay, one can connect a lamp, a buzzer.

ATTENTION: the installation is connected, to the 220 V mains, it is necessary to take precautions of use, for the manipulations and the insulation.
It is recommended to install it in a plastic box.
For safety, it is advisable to insert a fuse between the mains and the assembly.

By actuating the emitter, transistor T1 oscillates, and transmits over the network 220v, through capacitors C3 and C4, a signal with a frequency of 455 KHz. The latter is controlled by the transformer, connected to the same network, the receiver collects this modulation, through the capacitors C6-C7, and the transformer. The. Transistor T2 amplifies the signal which is then rectified by the diodes D2 and D4 and then drives the transistor T3. The latter controls the relay. The adjustable resistor RA sets the sensitivity of the receiver.
The DC supply 12V is obtained from the mains 220V, the voltage of which is lowered by the capacitors C1 and C4 rectified by the diodes D1 and D4, stabilized by the zener diodes DZ1 and DZ2 and filtered by the capacitors C2 and C11.

Assembly requires great attention. The components are welded closest to the PCB. Start with the diodes D1 to D4 then the Zener diodes DZ1 and DZ2 whose value is marked on the ring, respecting their senses. Solder non-polarized resistors and capacitors. Solder the chemical capacitors with respect to their polarities. Weld the adjustable resistance.
The installation of the transformers is facilitated by a key pin. Pay attention to color.
Weld the transistors by correctly orienting the pin and the flat
Weld the relay. It can only be put in one direction.
The switch is connected to the printed circuit by two insulated wires at points marked "inter"
