CLEANER HIGH FREQUENCY
Installation is a generator supplying ultrasonic signals to high power, through a sensor, which can multiply the efiîcacité any cleaning product. The operating frequency is adjustable. Power is supplied to the 220 V.
Consumption is about 3W.

USE :
Check not last upon implantation of the components and the welds.
Insert the fuse holder.
Connect the 220 V at the points marked "220".
The switch-on LED lights.
Then check the functioning of the assembly, positioning the potentiometer stop, to listen to the lowest frequency.
To use this setup with the best possible result, just stick with a thin layer araldite, the all-metal side of the piezo, pressed against a flat area on the bottom of a metal box.
Check the insulation of the electrodes A and B of piezoelectric, relative to the container.
Put the object to be cleaned in the tank, and then pour a suitable cleaning product to the type of dirt to be removed (solvent), so that it is completely submerged.
Adjust iréquence by acting on the potentiometer for best processing efficiency.
This varies depending on the size and material of the object to be cleaned, and the solvent used.

Warning :
The assembly is connected to 220 V mains, take the usual precautions for handling and isolation.
It is recommended to install it in a plastic box

DIAGRAM

The principle is based on the use of an oscillator consisting of the integrated circuit 555, the frequency ranges from 16 KHz to 78 KHz .to about, thanks to the potentiometer. The output signals are applied pm sextuple inverter, using the 4069 circuit, whose gates are connected in parallel in pairs to provide more current.
The inverters then attack, out of phase, two sets of complementary power transistors T2-T3-T4 and T5, through the preamplifier transistors T6 and T7.
The piezo is mounted in bridge between the outputs of this stage, which provides a peak to peak voltage equal to twice the supply voltage taken at the output of recovery.
The continuous feed of integrated circuits, is obtained from the sector 220 V, the voltage is lowered to 12 V by the transformer and then rectified by the diode bridge D1 to Di and filtered by the capacitor Cl. This voltage is then stabilized at 5.1 V by the transit T1, and again filtered by the capacitor C3.


MOUNTING
The installation requires attention.
The comoposants are welded closest to the printed circuit on the side 'screenprinted. Start with the diodes D1 to D4 and the Zener diode DZ, the voltage of 5.1 V is marked 'clear on it, respecting the position of their ring-weld resistance and non-polarized capacitors. -
Weld the chemical capacitors in the correct polarity indicated on their boitler. Solder the IC supports and fuse holder. Solder the LED in the proper orientation. The cathode which is marked on the circuit, corresponds either to the flat on the diode or at the short leg. Solder the transistors T1, T6 and T7 properly oriented ergot. The transistors T2, T3, T5 and Ta are welded vertically. Their orientation is indicated by the black part in the diagram, which indicates the metal face. The location of the transformer is facilitated by the spacing of studs primary and secondary. Insert the integrated circuits on their support, orienting them correctly. They are marked with a notch or a point located to the left on the top of its box.
The piezo is connected to the circuit by two isolated small son at the points marked "A-B". Welds must be performed very quickly because it is fragile. The potentiometer is soldered directly to the circuiit, or connected to the latter by three small isolated wires.
