DETECTOR ULTRASONIC PROXIMITY

Circuit description:
Mounting triggered when an obstacle is placed in front of the ultrasonic beam emitted by the system itself.
So we find first a transmitter US, built with 6 reversing a wedge 4069. The P1 potentiometer frequency to 40 kHz required by the transducers.
One obstacle located ahead of the transmitter US, reflects the beam, which is in turn captured by the receiver transducer. This develops a voltage to 40 kHz that is amplified by T1. P2 sets the level of the rectified signal-wave by the diodes D1 and D2. The capacitor C5 charges and tipped the comparator A1 whose threshold is adjustable by P3. The low level obtained in 1 A1 discharge C6 through P4 timing adjustment.
The second comparator rocking turn with a small delay and switches the relay to work, by T2.
Power supply is 12 V, with decoupling R3 / C2, for transmitter and stabilization to + 8.2 V zener, by D4.

Production . settings:
dense mounting, but without much difficulty. No sense to the transducer Tx, but mass mass for Rx.
First set P1 for 40 kHz, or simply seeking maximum level returned by a nearby obstacle. Initially P1 halfway and other settings. P2 and P3 essentially play on sensitivity, while P4 determines the delay in action on the relay.
